The Cons of Vaginal Hysterectomy
A complete vaginal hysterectomy cannot at all times be carried out. For example, a uterine lump could be too big to let for extraction through the vaginal cavity. Vaginal hysterectomies are not apposite when ovarian cancer or highly developed cervical cancer is existent.
